After a lot of research and information gathering, we selected Fire and Ice Catering for a family member's 70th birthday dinner. This was our first experience hiring a private chef, and we couldn't be more pleased. Fire and Ice initially stood out because they were quick to respond, had great reviews, and offered very good pricing. When all was said and done, the entire meal was delightful, the food was delicious, and the experience from beginning to end was unforgettable! Chef Sedale Jones and his wonderful assistant April were creative and flexible with our menu, prompt and professional, and truly went out of their way to be sure we had a memorable family event. We are looking forward to having them back for future celebrations!

Chef Sedale was absolutely incredible! He was very professional throughout the entire experience! He cooked and plated meals for 12 girls and had extra for those who wanted seconds of his delicious cuisine! The main meal was absolutely incredible! He also worked with the dietary restrictions of the group to ensure everyone was accommodated for! We had food catered for 14 girls for a bachelorette party. (Brunch and dinner) Brunch exceeded my expectations. Not only do you get so much food, but he also gave us a wide variety of options to choose from. Dinner was amazing. We had the chicken piccata, pasta, flank steak, and sides. He was also very accommodating and made a separate meal gluten free for one of the girls in our party! He’s very professional and gets back to you quickly. Highly recommend. If we are ever back in the Scottsdale area, we will be hiring him again!

Chef Sedale was a amazing! He communicated thoroughly with me about everything that was going to happen - from ensuring that I received both a sample menu with options to ensuring that any adjustments I made were added to the four course meal. I took a trip to Arizona for my 31st birthday unsure if restaurants were going to be open to host a dinner. I found thumbtack and stumbled upon Sedale! He brought the 5 star dinner to my front step. We conversed a little about his career and various places that he lived then he allowed me and my partner to have privacy to drink and listen to music while he prepared the meals. He announced when the next course would be up and set the table as we headed back. He switched out the utensils and dish-ware each setting. His food was amazing! I would recommend him again and again to anyone looking for a 5 star experience! If I ever come back to Arizona he’s being added back to the itinerary! Thank you again Sedale for making my Monday night birthday dinner special!

Chef Sedale and his team were OUTSTANDING. We hired them for our bachelor party, and he was very flexible with helping curate the menu, arrived on time, went above and beyond the service paid for, and cooked incredible food. We paid for family style plating and his team walked around passing appetizers which was above and beyond what we paid for. He is extremely reasonably priced, and everyone thought it was the best meal of the weekend.

Fire and Ice Catering provided my friends and me with amazing service during my bachelor party. They arrived promptly on time and ensured all of our bellies were filled before leaving. Every course was absolutely fantastic.
The caprese salad was unlike any salad by the same name I’ve ever had, the spare rib mac and cheese was the crowd favorite, I will be dreaming about the New York cheesecake for years to come. I cannot recommend Fire and Ice Catering highly enough. I would gladly rehire them for any future catering needs. In addition to their superior service, they were very kind and a pleasure to work with.

Have had terrible experiences in the past with catering companies, arriving late, making a mess, not enough food. Fire and ice was one of the best I have ever worked with! The food was amazing! Their professionalism-exceeded what we hoped for. Not only was the food and presentation amazing, but the entire experience with them from the time I booked until the time they cleaned up and left was the most easy, convenient, and high-quality. Had a great time with Sedale. He is personable, down to earth, reliable, and accommodating. Communication was on point too. The food was spectacular, and many things were made on site from scratch. Sedale was kind enough to take our toddler into consideration. He made him plates like he did for the adults, which was super cute. He also packed away leftovers. Overall, amazing experience.
