Chef Sedale Jones

Exceeding 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Sedale Jones started his culinary journey right out of high school where he attended The Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, NJ. Chef Jones kick started his career at Woodcrest Country Club under Chef Jeffrey Devine (CIA graduate). Previously on Stephen Starr's Event Chef roster, located in Philadelphia, he has honed his skills studying under many knowledgeable experts in some of South Jersey's and Philadelphia's top restaurants; including Chef Michael O'mara (ACC), Chef Jack Connor (Resorts Casino/ Cafe Madison), and Chef Gerald Drummond (Starr Restaurant Organization). Chef Jones is a former Sous Chef of Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill PA, Cafe Madison in Riverside NJ and M/O Cafe and Grill in Voorhees NJ.In 2018, After losing his dear mother from cancer, Chef Sedale Jones decided to relocate to sunny Phoenix AZ., where he became the Executive Chef at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. Chef Jones always dreamed of being a business owner and building up his legacy through catering. Fire and Ice Catering was born from that dream with the motto being Dine Fine, Dine Private, Dine Perfect. Through his many experiences and creativity Chef Sedale Jones will make your event unforgettable.
